Skype optimizes their Android app for certain Android versions

As we all know, Skype app for Android devices are really pathetic. Most of the versions are unstable and buggy, despite of that, it consumes a lot of resources too. That makes it hard to use the app on older Androd devices running Android 4.0.3 to 5.1. Interesting thing is that the company is well aware of this issue, therefore, they just released an optimized version of the Skype app for older Android devices running 4.0.3 to 5.1.
