Samsung to resume Galaxy Note 7 sales from early October

Samsung Electronics had recently withdrawn their latest flagship smartphone Galaxy Note 7 from market and recalled the sold units in order to solve and replace them to solve battery explosion issues faced by some users. This was a debacle in Samsung’s history, as the iPhone 7 was a few days ahead of launch. Samsung now declares the returning of Nite 7 devices to the market.

As per the statement by Samsung Australia, the recalled Galaxy Note 7 smartphones will be replaced from September 21.

Our number one priority is the safety of our customers, which is why we’ve worked hard to provide new replacement Note7 devices as quickly as possible. We appreciate our customers’ continued support as we start to deliver this new stock to operators and retailers around the country from September 21

 – Said Richard Fink, Vice President IT & Mobile, Samsung Electronics Australia.

Also, Samsung Electronics Australia stated that the Note 7 devices will resume the sale from early October. Later last month, two Galaxy Note 7 units have been blasted due to the Battery issue. As its main rival on Market Apple iPhone 7 and 7 Plus devices have launched, it seems like Samsung will start selling the device over the worldwide market from October, but not confirmed.
