AT&T releases Android Marshmallow update for Galaxy Note 4 and Note Edge

Its been 1 year after the release of Android 6.0 marshmallow. Now AT&T is releasing it’s update to the existing Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Note Edge devices. AT&T already confirmed the delay in the marshmallow update for these devices. But now they are releasing the OTA update to those devices.

The Android marshmallow update for Note 4 and Note Edge weighs around 1.3 GB and is now available on all AT&T Note 4 and Note Edge devices. This update is really a biggest one for Note 4 and Note Edge users as it brings many new things including Video Calling, Wi-Fi Calling, and Advanced Messaging capabilities etc. This update also includes the August security patch and it makes the device more secure and powerful.

At&T has just released the update for the devices. It may take some time to hit your device. You can manually check the availability by going through Settings > About phone > Check for updates. Happy upgrade 🙂
