Two of the best music streaming Apps Spotify and Amazon Prime Music are rumored to launch in India by this year. They are the major leading music subscription platforms across the globe along with some giants like Apple Music and Google Play Music.

Spotify is currently available only in most part of the Europe, America and a few countries in the Asian continent. In the US, the premium subscription for the Spotify costs $10 per month and also having other subscription plans for Students, family, etc.

Amazon Prime Music is currently available as both Echo Plan and usual individual plan. Echo plan is the cheapest and available only for Amazon Alexa, Echo and echo Dot users. The higher plan is of 7$ for a month subscription.

Currently, Apple Music and Google Play Music are available in India. Google Play Music subscription is available at 89 Rupees per month (~$1.2). Amazon has already launched Amazon prime Video subscription in India, as a rival to the Netflix which was a failure among Indians.

We are not even sure about the subscription prices of the Spotify and Amazon Prime Music when it comes to India. But if it is going to be in a higher range, we are afraid if the Spotify is also going to face a harsh time in India same as Netflix.
