Several days back, one of the most ‘trusted’ leakers out there on the Twitter, Evan Blass (@evleaks) has published the supposed complete specification of the device, which included the same battery size of 3,300mAh (once again he has proven his reliability). A set of images leaked now shown us the Lithium Ion battery details including the capacity of 3,300mAh, 4.4V current intake, etc. It is clear that the company had reduced the battery capacity from Note 7’s 3,500mA to 3,300mAH due to the explosion hazards that we have witnessed with NOte 7 units. Belated Note FE (refreshed Note 7 ) devices were deployed with only a 3,200mAH battery.

On the contrary, the Galaxy S8 and S8+ smartphones have 3,000mAh and 3,500mAh batteries respectively. In case you are unable to recall, the Galaxy Note8 has been confirmed o be unveiled by September 15 and will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, 6GB RAM, dual camera and a 6.3-inch sAMOLED infinity display.
