Redmi Go gets certified, Xiaomi’s First Android Go Phone

Xiaomi Redmi Go gets spotted on Singaporean certification agency Info-Communications Media development Authority (IMDA). Also the same hardware was listed on the USA’s FFC and on Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), this is the first indication that the Chinese tycoon could launch an Android Go edition smartphone.

The IMDA listing pulls us up with information showing the phone bearing the model number M1903C3GG with marketing name ‘Redmi Go’. This is the first occasion that the device’s name has been spotted.

According to FFC Product page, this Xiaomi phone will have a 5.9″ display, 18:9 aspect ratio weighing in at around 150gm with dual sim support and Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity.

Also certain leaks points us to that the device will be bearing 1Gigs RAM and a single camera system both on the front and back with an entry level processor and is mainly targeted for Asian countries like India where budget offerings gain more popularity and is in much demand!

The reporter of the Singaporean listing cities the pricing to be under $100 and a date of somewhere around christmas.
