Recently, a set of concept renders showed off the conceptual design of the HMD Global’s next smartphone under the Nokia brand name, said to be named as Nokia X. The smartphone rumours have been floating ever since the HMD acquire the smartphone branding section of the Finnish giant Nokia. Now, a report from China hints to he official debut date of the device, which found along with a commercial advertisement of Nokia X.

From the person who posted the images of the Nokia X advertisement which he found on a Multiplex in China, it seems the company has confirmed the existence of the Nokia X smartphone. From the electronic display board, the company is planning to release the device this month itself – precisely 27th April. It is surprising that there was no detailed information regarding the smartphone were outed till now, while the company had plans to release the device by the date. It is possible that the OEM kept it as a secret.

Nokia X is no new name for the Nokia smartphone lovers. Back in 2014, the ‘real’ Nokia brand relead its Nokia X smartphone with Android (semi-Android, as it did not even have a Play Store support) Operating System onboard. It did not make it up to the company’s expectations, unfortunately. Now, the new home for Nokia phones is rebranding the same old smartphone, just like they did with old-school Nokia 3310. According to the leaked information, Nokia X won’t be a dominant machine; instead, it would carry some midrange specifications.
