New ZTE Blade A2S is official with an octa-core chipset and a 5.2-inch screen

ZTE launched their new device in China. Today at a press event in the country, the company announced the launch of their new smartphone model ZTE Blade A2S. The new model is an upgraded version of its predecessor and it features more memory and a 1080p display. But still, it costs just CNY 700 (Roughly Rs. 6,873). Considering the specifications, it is a value for money device.

The new ZTE Blade A2S comes with a 3GB of RAM and a 32GB of internal storage, up from the 2GB/16GB model. Also, you can further expand the storage capacity by using a microSD card. It is a dual SIM 4G smartphone with a hybrid SIM slot. It has a fingerprint scanner on the rear side. Also for this much less price, you get a premium-like metal frame. Except for the increased memory capacity, it is more like the same old device.

The ZTE Blade A2S comes with a 2,540mAh battery. It has a 13-megapixel primary rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. The primary camera is capable of shooting up to 1080p. It runs on a 1.3GHz Octa-core MediaTek MT6753 chipset. The device is now available for pre-order at JD.com, you will be able to get it in your hands on September 8th.
