Huawei is getting ready to launch the flagship device Huawei P9 on April 6 event, to be held at London. In addition to the images leaked earlier, a press image has gone surfaced earlier today on internet showing the rear panel of the device clearly. It confirms the dual camera setup of the device. Interestingly, the image confirms that one of the Camera module will be made by Leica on the rear. Apart from the flash, the laser autofocus technology also powers the camera module. Previously leaked and rumored specs said about the both camera modules of 12MP.
Huawei P9 is rumored to have 4 variants including the models P9, P9 Max, P9 Lite and a special edition of P9. All the variants will be launched simultaneously on April 6. The Huawei P9 is currently rumored 5.2 inch display, powered with Huawei’s in-house Kirin 955 SoC under the hood. Also it would have the 4GB of RAM. But the previouus rumors were of Kirin 950 and 3GB RAM inside the device.
The press image also clearly shows up the square fingerprint scanner module on the back. The Huawei P9 will run on Android 6.0, topped with EUI. Let’s wait for April 6, 3 days from now for more details. Stay tuned !
