After Mentioning he saw a mention of allowing Android App in the Developer channel of Chrome OS. Check that Here. This gives us two references. What’s Google Trying to Do? Are they going to Merge Chrome OS and Android. The Latest Reports say that the Android and Chrome OS will be Separate Projects.
