Bharti Airtel, India’s biggest telecom network just introduced new plans to beat the competition with Reliance Jio. The new Airtel plans are applicable for the postpaid users and it provides 75GB of data and unlimited voice calls for just Rs. 499. This new plan of Rs. 499 comes under their ‘Best Selling Postpaid Plans’ under MyPlan Infinity that also has other offerings worth Rs. 399, Rs. 649, Rs. 799, and Rs. 1,199.

For your information, the company has recently revamped its Rs. 649 plan to give 90GB of data to its subscribers. However, there were no updates to the other existing plans including Rs. 399, Rs. 799 and Rs. 1,199. Previously the same plan was giving 40GB of 3G/ 4G data to its subscribers. It is worth pointing that the direct competitor of Airtel, Jio is providing an Rs. 199 plan only, which provides 25GB of data to its subscribers. So it is pointless to explain that Airtel is beating down the Jio in India. Since the war is eternal, Jio might introduce new postpaid plans soon.
