Taimen and Walleye, next Pixel Smartphones are codenamed so. Now leaks shows some alleged specs of these two devices. Taimen and Walleye are supposed to be code-names of Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2. Google is hiding their smartphones’ specs for a while. Even though some of the specs are detailed. But can’t make sure whether they are correct or not. However, these leaks will give the world a brief description or an idea about these devices.
Last leaks speculated Walleye as the smallest of the two as well as successor of Pixel and Taimen is the successor Pixel XL. Walleye will be up with a 4.97-inch FHD display and will be powered with Snapdragon 835 processor accompanied with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM. The leaks available only reveals this single variant. May be there will be another variant. Walleye will be carrying a 3.5mm audio jack as well as the same traditional design as of the Pixel.
For Taimen, suspects a 5.99-inch display will sport the frontier. Display consists of an OLED panel with a resolution of 1440p. This device too will be coming with 128GB inbuilt storage. As said above, there will be more storage variants as well. Taimen will also be taking the Snapdragon 835 for Processing under the hood. Looking design wise, Taimen will have smaller bezels than the current Pixel XL. As the style and design of lately announced devices are of No-Bezel design, Google may be working on it. These also are not sure, but the images leaked portraits this. The specs of camera aren’t yet revealed. But will be a single Camera Sensor accompanied with Dual LED Flash.
