Marshmallow update for Samsung Galaxy S5 rolls out

Samsung’s flagship in S series launched in 2014, the Samsung Galaxy S5 is getting Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow updates. The update is now rolling out to the all unlocked Galaxy S5 variants with the model number SM-G900L. The update is currently provided for the South Korea, Samsung’s motherland by the South Korean carrier LG UPlus.

Moreover the better improved user interface, the Marshmallow update for Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900L) offers stability improvements, bug fixes and speed optimizations. The overall experience of the Galaxy S5 is expected to be improved more in the new OS update. Most of the Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900L) users will get the update notification automatically. If anybody did not get the update notification for SM-G900L, check it manually on the settings menu or SamMobile now offers to flash it onĀ  S5 device manually.
