Huawei Mate 10 Lite with 18:9 display leaked in wild

Huawei will possibly announce the company’s forthcoming flagship lineup phablet devices in Mate series within a few weeks from now. There are lots of reports suggesting that the company would go for three variants in the Mate 10 series – Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro and Mate 10 Lite. As of now, we have only witnessed some of the leaks regarding normal Huawei Mate 10 and Mate 0 pro. Now, one of the most popular leakers Evan Blass has just published a set of official images of Mate 10 Lite.

Coming through the leaked images, the Huawei Mate 10 Lite has a thin-bezel full vision display design on front, it is not entirely bezel-less yet. Unlike the previous Lite versions in the series, the Huawei Mate 10 Lite has a larger display of 5.9-inch size with FHD+ resolution. The ratio of 18:9 makes the display more pixel denser than the regular Mate 10’s. On the top, a bunch of sensors are included among the dual selfie camera. Both the rear and front camera departments carry a combination of 16MP+2MP and 13MP+2MP sensors respectively on both for the image capturing. There is no physical home button for the integration of fingerprint scanner, instead, it has been moved to the rear panel, just below the dual camera setup, unlike the normal variant.

The Metal unibody design makes the smartphone looks elegantly stylish but looks somewhat similar to some of the competitors’ devices from the Chinese territory itself. The Huawei Mate 10 Lite smartphone will be powered with an Octa-Core HiSilicon Kirin 659 Chipset, clocked at 2.3GHz. The device has 4 gigs of memory onboard, besides the 64GB storage and 3340mAh Battery. The device would cost around USD 455, suggests the leak.
