The most awaited day is here. Hmd Global has revealed the launch date of Nokia 8 smartphone. If you don’t know, Nokia 8 is an upcoming flagship smartphone from the old tech king Nokia. It was expected to come before the end of August. Now, Hmd Global is sending out press invites for the launch of Nokia 8 on August 16th. HMD’s launch event will take place in London at 7:30PM local time on August 16th (2:30PM ET / 11:30AM PT).
Nokia 8 is the new flagship by HMD under Nokia branding. It was first leaked by Even Blass (@eveleaks) on twitter and then further news and images followed from multiple sources. It would be the first flagship phone by Nokia that would run Google-based Andriod OS. It’s also the first of its series to come equipped with Carl Zeiss optics. We have already seen so many leaks and reports about the Nokia 8 and its design. According to the leaks, the Nokia 8 will be a flagship level smartphone with an amazing camera.
At the same time, everyone is hoping the unveiling of more Nokia products. Recently, Nokia’s budget level smartphone Nokia 2 has leaked online with an entry level specifications and features. So, we are expecting the launch of multiple Nokia devices.
