Facebook Messenger now supports group payment between friends

Finally, facebook brings payment system in the Messenger. Starting today in the US, Facebook Messenger supports payment between friends on Desktop and Android devices. The new feature is similar to the payment splitting system and it helps you to efficiently split the payment of something easily. The new feature will be available for groups of friends and all the members of the group can take part in that.

The good thing about this is that it doesn’t have any hidden charges or something. The service is completely free for now and is available for everyone in the United States. To use the new feature in your Messenger app, you will have to link it with your active debit card. With this feature, you can send or request payments in the group and the amount will appear in your bank account within 2-5 days.
