AT&T releases new update to the Galaxy S8 and S8+ devices, brings features like autohide navigation bar and more

AT&T has pushed out another update for the Galaxy S8 and S8+ devices in the United States. The update is currently rolling out to the devices under the carrier. Every month, Samsung releases an update to the S8 and S8+ models. Now the carrier has approved the new update for the models. You can download the new update on your S8 devices under AT&T.

It is a major update and contains many improvements. The update weighs around 490MB and it brings the software version NRD90M.G95xUSQU1AQGL. It has August security patches as well. Most of the brands are now releasing the Android August security patches for their models. Now it’s the turn of AT&T. The update contains some new changes such as auto hide navigation bar.

The official changelog says:  Network performance enhancements, WPS (Wireless Priority Service), UX updates, navigation bar auto hide and AGIF, Email, Calendar and Knox updates, Bluetooth updates, stability updates, Advanced Messaging update, app select update, Smart help updates, Daydream support, various other updates and improvements, and Android device security updates.

Make sure you have enough storage space left on your device before proceeding with the update process. Also, make sure you have enough battery backup in your device at that moment.
