Samsung Pay supports Android Oreo.

Samsung has officially updated their own smartphone based magnetic payment system Samsung Pay with the support for the Google’s latest operating system version Android 8.0 Oreo globally. The update has been rolled out for every Samsung Pay related service supported devices, from Samsung’s flagship series smartphones to several mi-rangers on A, J lineups.

HMD Assures updates at least till Android P

Noki’s new owner HMD Global has announced that the company makes all of their smartphones futureproof with the Android updates. The company assures that all of their smartphones will be receiving the updates till the Android P (Version 9.0 Probably).

Nokia 9 renders leak.

Several renders for the Nokia 9 has been leaked last week, which seems legit. The leaked images reveal a overwhelmed device with Curved Edge display, with the sAMOLED panel and top-tier specs onboard. The leaks seem to have two colors out of the wrap, Blue and Orange – also there must be more color options for the smartphone.

Male Voice came to Google Assistant.

So far with the Google Assistant, users could only be able to hear the voice of a female. But from now onwards, Google has integrated a Male Voice option with the Google Assistant, for those who need a change to Male from Female.

Google Pixel 2, Pixel XL, Pixelbook launched.

Google had launched its second generation premium smartphone in Pixel lineup, Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. Both the smartphone share almost same hardware specification including 4GB RAM, SNapdragon 835 SoC, and 64/128GB storage options. It is with the display where both of them differs, but with an OLED panel for both. According to the DxOMark, the Google Pixel 2 smartphones have the highest Camera benchmarking score of 98. Google has also unveiled its premium notebook in Chromebook series, Pixelbook which runs on ChromeOS and having Intel Core i5/i7 CPU, 8GB/16GB RAM options.

Honor 9i launched in India.

Honor has launched their renamed mid-range device Honor Maimang in India with the label Honor 9i. The smartphone has the same specs for the device which launched in China several weeks ago. The smartphone has a 5.9inch 18:9 ratio display, powered by HiSilicon Kirin 659 with four gigs of RAM.

Amazon starts selling Echo devices in India.

Amazon India just launched its Amazon Alexa AI enabled Personal Assistant Pods in India. They launched three of the devices in the country including Echo, Echo Dot, and the larger Echo Plus.
