Reports says that Android Nougat 7.1.1 update is now rolling out to Moto Z Play in Brazil. Few days ago, Moto started pushing Android Nougat update to Moto Z Play in India.
As the update is rolling out in phases, some of the users may not have recieved the update yet. Moto Z Play in Brazil is recieving the update in update in “retbr” software channel.
The Android Nougat 7.1.1 update is rolling out with the build number NPN25-137-67. The updates includes the all new June 1 2017 android security patch and some cool Moto featrues.Also Motorola added Video calling Duo App, Moto Mods V2.o, stability enhancements and much more.
As per Motorola’s installation instructions, phone battery must have charged 50%.The downloading will take over only through a WiFi network or a LTE network.The update notification may be late due to the update download settings in the phone. So it is better to check for updates manually on Settings > About Phone > Software Updates. Download starts automatically. It’s necessary time of 10 to 15 minutes, for the update to be installed.
