New data published by Google says that their latest official operating system, Android Marshmallow is running on over 10% of total Android devices. Its been 8 months Android Marshmallow available for public. Which is pretty nice hike. The last month stats were 7.5%, in this month it jumped to 10.1%. As usual Kitkat still on the top position and it dropped from 35.4% to 31.6%. Jelly bean is still stays without much big changes, noted only 1% drop. Ice cream sandwich, Ginger bread and Froyo are still under 2%.
It is very interesting to see the reports, because people always trying to be on latest operating system. That will help Google to achieve the targeting strategy.
