After a period of withdrawal from the smartphone market, Micromax’s Yu brand launched their new smartphone in India. The new smartphone from the Yu is named as Yu Yureka Black and it is priced at Rs. 8,999.
Yu is all set to take on the leading budget smartphone brands such as Xiaomi, Coolpad etc. They launched the new Yureka Black with a 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. The other specs include a 32GB of internal storage and a 64GB of expandable storage.
It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash. On the front, it has an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The selfie camera also comes with a LED flash. The device offers a fingerprint sensor as well. It is located at the front bottom position. It has a 3000mAh non-removable battery. It comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box. It is the worst part in this phone.
The new Yu Yureka Black is priced at Rs. 8,999 in India and will be available in Chrome Black and Matte Black colour variants. It will go on sale at Flipkart starting midnight, June 6
