T-Mobile updates Bixby app for the Galaxy S8 series devices, still no voice support

The biggest drawback of the Galaxy S8 is the lack of voice support for their newly introduced Bixby digital assistant app. The company launched the Bixby without the support for voice commands for the app. Many of the buyers were complaining about the same and it is one of the most requested features now.

Today, T-Mobile released a new update to the Bixby app for Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus devices. The update is officially rolling out the Galaxy S8 devices which are in T-Mobile connection. The update rolls out as an OTA for the phone. The company states that the update contains a new version of the Bixby app. However, this update couldn’t add the voice control support for the Bixby app. But we have seen an unconfirmed report which claims that the feature won’t be added on the devices until the end of June.
