LG confirms that LG G6 will be Water and Dust proof

Korean smartphone legend LG is on the way of a glorious return to the smartphone industry with their imminent flagship smartphone LG G6. Company’s last device in G series launched last year G5 has not met its target even it had enough unique features. So the LG is reportedly working on a gorgeous functioning smartphone with an ultra level of features included.

Apart from the ‘small’ revelation from the official side so far about the device, LG has published two more videos regarding the two new features of the smartphone. Both of the videos are not longer yet but illustrates what it means. The first video named simply ‘Pool’ and shows a person swimming in a pool. The second video shows some flour poured onto a table. Both the videos end by a supposed layout of LG G6 smartphone, which confirms both the features – Waterproof and Dustproof – to the smartphone. But it is not sure whether how much applicable the Waterproof technology is. It might not be a completely waterproof device, rather it would be like IP68 waterproofing system established with Galaxy S7 and Note 7  last year.

LG has already confirmed many features for the G6, including a ‘FullVision’ display with 18:9 ratio on 5.7-inch display which gives an immersive feeling to the user with LG UX 6.0. The device will also feature 32-bit Quad-DAC technology in audio output. LG offered ‘Reliability’ and ‘resistivity’ in an earlier teaser which hints to ‘failproof’ OS and resistive hardware and body. The LG G6 is rumored to come with Snapdragon 821 SoC with 4GB of RAM and 3300 mAh battery pack. The G6 will be the first device to be shipped with Google Assistant after Pixel and Pixel XL.
