Huawei P9 details surfaced online confirmed that it will support dual camera.

 

Today, photographs which surfaced online show a president of the manufacturer using a handset with dual cameras on the back. Could this be the P9?

Huawei is holding its next media event on April 6th. Invitations show a hashtag #oo used on the invite, which is tge hint about the dual camera set-up on back.In October when labels leaked indicating that the Huawei P9 would contain a dual camera set-up. Since then, every subsequent leak confirmed that the phone would have two lenses on the back.

Huawei P9 will come in four variants~

1. Huawei P9 rumoured specifications:

Huawei P9 features a 5.2-inch display
Kirin 950 SoC is under the hood with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM.

2. Huawei P9 Lite rumoured specifications:

Huawei P9 Lite will feature a 5-inch screen
Snapdragon 650 SoC, 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM.

3. Huawei P9 Special edition rumoured specifications:

Huawei P9, Special Enhanced version will feature a 5.8-inch screen
powered by the Kirin 955 chips
4GB RAM and 64GB ROM.

4. Huawei P9 Max rumoured specifications:

Huawei P9 Max will carry a huge 6.8-inch display
powered by the Kirin 955 chipset
4GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of ROM.

All of the four variants will support fingerprint sensor.

Richard Yu, chairman of Huawei Devices and CEO of Huawei’s consumer business group, said last month that the company will pass Samsung and Apple over the next five years to become the largest smartphone manufacturer in the world.
